Life as a graduate

It's not all work and no play here. With a big community of graduates throughout the business, there's always something happening. We have clubs and societies in some locations, regular five-a-side football matches at others, and inspiring charity fund raisers happening everywhere. And not forgetting the big part graduates play in our STEM Ambassador programme, which promotes technical subjects in schools throughout the UK.

To work on some of the biggest projects out there, you'll need to be a natural team player, with loads of drive, great analytical skills and the resilience to thrive on change and pressure. You'll also need some natural leadership ability - you'll be the kind of person who takes the initiative and makes sure that results are delivered on time. You'll need to be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis to secure a role on one of the graduate programmes and to satisfy the MOD's security requirements (and may need to complete a medical assessment).
