What to expect

DAS Global is looking for those with a passion for marketing and brands combined with the ambition and drive to become the best in the industry. You will relish the challenge of working on some of the biggest brands in the world, helping to launch new products, create campaigns, manage reputations and developing the brand's identity. DAS is offering you the opportunity to take part in one of the most prestigious graduate programmes in the world.

It doesn't matter what discipline you come from, all DAS require is a 2:1 from a well-respected university or higher along with 340 UCAS points. You must be someone with an eclectic mind, somebody who's interested in lots of things and have tried lots of things. the company take on-board four graduates every year who are put through their paces in areas such as healthcare, brand management, customer relationship and corporate reputation management.

DAS includes more than 190 companies, which operate through a combination of networks and regional organisations, serving international and local clients through more than 700 offices in 71 countries.

What kind of projects could I be working on?
  1. The social media planning of venture brands for Tesco
  2. Publicity events such as 'The Mum Of The Year' event hosted by Tesco
  3. Running the communications of an agency itself; for example, raising the profile through social media for example
  4. Social listing reports for BarclayCard
  5. Abandoned basket campaigns for the Post Office

Training

  • DAS runs an Accelerate programme for graduates, offering a rotation through five top Omnicom agencies over 16 months.
  • DAS invest heavily in personal development with a tailor-made training programme run by business psychologists as well as a personal mentor.
  • You'll be given more variety, experience and responsibility than any other grad programme in the industry and pushed and challenged throughout the programme.
  • You'll even have the opportunity to fly to New York to work on a project developed by you and meet the CEOs of some of the largest networks around the world.
