If you know exactly where you want to be, the Specialist route is for you. You'll stay in your chosen area - Marketing Science & Insights, Finance or Customer Operations - and build your expertise from the word go.

On our Commercial Graduate Programme you'll have the opportunity to work across a number of key areas of our business. The programme consists of five four-month rotations in business areas including VIP, Commercial International, Business to Business, Insights & Analytics, Paddy Power Commercial, Betfair Commercial, Risk & Trading, Product, Customer Experience, Retail and TVG.
With numerous products, brands, regions and marketing channels, the Marketing Science & Insights function has a lot of balls to juggle. And working here, you'll learn about the many channels, insights and analytical techniques that underpin our marketing.
Rotating round the different teams that make up Marketing Science & Insights, you'll gain qualitative and quantitative skills and build up experience with all the different aspects of our operation, including short and long term marketing measurement and evaluation.
Within our Finance team, there's a wide variety of activities and challenges, and plenty of opportunity to learn and develop while serving a dynamic, ambitious and fast moving organisation.
On this programme, not only will you build up experience in the Commercial, Group Finance, Tax and Internal Audit teams; you'll also have exam support for either CIMA or ACCA qualifications (after successfully completing your probationary period).

Customer Operations is made up of four main teams: Payments, Fraud and Responsible Gaming; Customer Service; Dial-A-Bet and Customer Operations Strategy and Development.
